   Betsy,

   Because of you and Meade, Sara and I know Alinea and love it!! It is one of my favorite memories of our mother/daughter trips to Chicago. Remember the chocolate lava dessert creation – that the Chef evolved on the table in front of us? I am in Charlottesville returning home with a loaded car of Sara’s stuff from her dorm room. It is beyond me how they fit so much in one dorm room!! Sara still has a few exams left. It is good to see how well adjusted and happy she is! ox Cathy

   Hi,
   Loved the video, they make it all look so easy, yet I know if I tried decorating food like that it would not only take me hours, but it would be a disaster as well.
