On days like today, I am so grateful that my husband talked me into building our pool. It’s more like a jacuzzi on steroids, being about the size of a Winnebago. I feel cooler just looking at it. The best part is that my teenagers want to be here rather than the Krystal parking lot.

Here is another pool painting. This one is by Nina Nolte https://www.mutualart.com/Artwork/How-deep-is-the-ocean—from-the-series-/E50C5009A2258861. It has softer colour tone, but still looks great to me. I have always been interested in how artists make water texture looks so real in their paintings.
So real it makes me want to go swimming 🙂
