Last night we had a steady stream of trick-or-treaters in a “Halloween on a Monday night” sort of way. By this I mean the costumes reflected the rush everyone must have been in after school/work whathaveya. Either way, it is my favorite pagan celebration and the fact that there are no gifts or seated dinners involved makes it all the better.
I’m a little creeped out by the photography of Petrina Hicks. The sugary palatte sucks you in to what seems to be a darker world. Brilliant.
