My friend Adele got into “hooping” last year. It almost sounds illegal doesn’t it? Basically its a walking exercise that you do while managing to keep a hula hoop spinning around your waist (which will quickly disappear if you stay dedicated). You should see her, she looks fantastic.

I just recently got into hooping too. I got my third hoop from hoopnotica and I was a little disappointed in it. Some screws keep coming out but other than that it works great.
