My friend Julie, who is gastronomically ahead of the curve, introduced me to a new restaurant in Nashville called Kayne Prime. Let’s just say, I was wowed. The food and general vibe were very California. I had a kale, parmesan, pine nut, and lemon mound that made me rush to epicurious.com in the hopes of replicating it. Those who know me well will testify that normally I leave the cooking up to the professionals at Whole Foods. Safer that way.
