“Unreasonable Patience” Paper Art by Jen Stark
I’m interested in patience, not as a virtue but rather as a weapon. I’ve read that many artists possess a “third eye” and can literally see their finished work long before they produce it. Michelangelo is said to have released his sculptures from their entombment in the marble. I liken this to unwrapping a package when one already knows what is inside. While I would rip it open, the artist has to coax and craft their work into form.
Jen Stark’s work is dripping with patience.
So glad I get to visit this one often! Patience, indeed! Thanks for sharing!
