I have a tendency to become antsy on Sunday afternoons unless someone does a pretty good job of distracting me.   It’s not that I think the fourth commandment is optional, but, when left unsupervised, I begin reviewing my to-do list.  This just winds me up.  By Monday morning, I have already gone through a rigorous mental rehearsal of the upcoming week.  It takes a giant mug of high voltage coffee to get me up and ready for the real thing.
