“Spill It” Tall Paintings by Holton Rower
I’m behind on my salon news here, but word is that there is a new and improved way to have your nails painted called “shallaquing“. Most manicures are good for about 2.5 days and the process will clip you between $25-$50. Not a great ROI. This grooming advancement results in a teflon finish which begs you to challenge it with a Brillo pad. The added bonus is that it dries quickly upon application so you don’t have to walk around with “jazz hands“.

Works by artist Holton Rower require serious drying time. I hope you enjoy this mesmerizing “process” video.

ummm, well, the video is cool, and I was interested to see more, but his site is pretty discombobulated. However, look at his “focus” paintings. They are eye teasers. I had to look to see if the wall was in focus. How’d he do that?
Very cool. Best yet.
