“Nuts” Hyperrealistic Paintings by Ruddy Taveras
I didn’t even walk outside yesterday. First of all, I had no interest in fighting the after Christmas sale traffic. Furthermore, I have been determined to spend some part of the holidays doing NOTHING. I’ve actually scheduled my downtime on the iphone. For instance, Siri just reminded me that I’m to sit quietly beside the Christmas tree with a cup of coffee this morning from 8-8:45.
Artist Ruddy Taveras’ serene paintings reflect a mood of calm amidst the chaos.
Love these! Thanks for sharing!
Yes, thank you for following!
Wow! Very impressive realism. The glass would be especially challenging. But, like all things, the challenging work is the most rewarding!

Thank you! Have fun…that is a great piece of architecture! Happy New Year.
Love, love, love this post. Thank you! I’m in NYC and telling friends about what you’ve created through Artstormer. Also, please tell Ridley that I’m going to the JP Morgan Library today. Hope you enjoyed a lovely Christmas. Wishing you a wonderful 2013. Sylvia
The artist is impressive. I wonder why artists spend so much time trying to duplicate reality? I prefer to spend my time overlaying fantasy onto reality. Maybe they need the grounding and I need the escape. I guess its all just a matter of prospective. There is that perspective thing again…
