“Abundance” Paintings by Chelsea Gibson
Jiminy Cricket the grocery store was crowded this afternoon! Easter feasting is clearly in the offing. The sheer number of products and brands available has become overwhelming to me. The olive oil section alone takes up half of an aisle! While abundance is a first class problem from which our country suffers, I am a bit nostalgic for simpler times when selecting a loaf of bread was a choice between wheat or white. But then again, life is a series of choices…
I’m hard pressed to pick my favorite with regards to the work of Chelsea Gibson. Her work strikes a perfect balance between vibrant and nonchalant.
