When I ask friends what they feel when they look at the above painting, which hangs in my house,  I am always surprised at the variety of answers.  To some it is terribly depressing.  The party is over.  To others, it anticipates a fun event.

The fact that the “H” is missing from the word “happy” invites everyone to make up their mind.
